Sealed retail games
You may return sealed games within twenty-eight days of delivery for a refund of the item price once inspection confirms factory seals are intact. Outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Faulty or mis-described goods
If components are missing or damaged inside a sealed publisher shrink, contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs. We will offer replacement parts where publishers allow, a partial refund, or a full return label.
Carrier damage
Outer crush before opening must be photographed with time stamps. We file carrier claims on your behalf and pause chargebacks until the carrier decision returns.
Pre-orders
Cancel any time before the invoice date without penalty. After payment capture, standard sealed-game rules apply once dispatched.
Consulting and services
Buyer consultations credited toward a purchase are non-refundable if no order follows within fourteen days. Gift assembly fees are non-refundable after materials are cut.
